Checking in customers, ticketing, reservations, accepting small freight and handling cargo and baggage.
Responding to cargo inquires, providing freight quotes, fares, revenue reporting, lost and damage bag reporting.
Answering phones, forwarding aircraft time to dispatch, providing reservation agent with flight status reports.
Other duties as assigned
