| Innu Mikun/Provincial Airlines Supports Kids Eat Smart Breakfast School Program |

Goose Bay, Labrador --- Innu Mikun/Provincial Airlines are long time proud supporters of the Kids Eat Smart Breakfast Program for Lake Melville School in North West River, Labrador. Innu Mikun/Provincial Airlines Territory Sales Manager Erika Stockley today presented committee member Clara Michelin, of the Kids Eat Smart Breakfast Program, with a cheque of $1,000.00 today to aid in the success of the program. Ms. Stockley commented, “The Kids Eat Smart Breakfast Program is a very important initiative which we are proud to support, it gives youth the fuel they need to tackle the day ahead and is a necessary component of ensuring students are at top performance for learning.”
Clara Michelin indicated that this program has a mandate to provide the students of Lake Melville School, grades K-12, with a healthy breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings every week and ensure that every student has a good nutritious start to their educational day.
She also indicated that all fundraising for this program is done by volunteers of the committee. “This program is very successful” Clara said, “and it is supported by parents, the principal of Lake Melville School, Mr. Barry Flynn, and co-operative businesses such as Innu Mikun/Provincial Airlines.”
